I'm back baking!
Last August I had a nasty fall skiing and at the start of October I underwent hand surgery to reattach my ulnar collateral ligament which had been torn off my thumb.
The recovery took longer than expected and I was useless in the kitchen for longer than expected too. It derailed lots of the plans I had for Kelmscott and meant things currently look a bit different to how I was hoping they would this time last year.
However, I am back baking now and along side my PhD work, I am starting to warm up the Kelmscott ovens, accept orders and plan for the future!
